Extremely personal and friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. I had to contact them several times for different questions and they always got back with me right away with my answers. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Derrek Walker was the greatest, everything was handled and my house looks brand new after a fire. He always answered my calls and the whole SERVPRO crew went above and beyond my expectations! From start to finish I didn’t have to lift a finger, from the office and Susan constant communication, I cannot believe this companies service! The whole crew at SERVPRO was invited to my summer barbecue, truly thank you! I am not on social media but I had to acknowledge the hard work and determination of this SERVPRO franchise so I signed up!

Dear SERVPRO: 

My daughter Mary had a fire in her basement of her condo in Marysville, MI in December. It had tremendous smoke damage and things really got messed up, because the fire dept. had to extinguish the fire. It looked like a total disaster. It also caused smoke damage to the other condos in the building.

SERVPRO of Marine City/ Romeo was selected by the condo association to do the restoration.

I oversaw the project on behalf of my daughter. I am writing this letter to express how pleased we are with the exceptional work that Rob and Scott MacEwan did and the various people they had involved with replacing everything.

Not only did Rob and Scott do outstanding work, but they found many upgraded items that were missed by my daughter's insurance company.

They also had to do a lot of work in the condos on either side. All I heard was praise from the other condo owners about the high quality of work they did.

The people in their office were also great to work with. You are fortunate to have people like this to be part of the SERVPRO organization.
