Richmond Area Chamber of Contest sponsored a Fall Scarecrow Contest. Local businesses, residence and non profit groups decorated the streets of Richmond for a friendly competition. Marine City is attempting to break two Guinness World Records....the most simultaneously carved pumpkins (1,200) and the longest popcorn string! The string of popcorn will actually be strung between two countries. The string will start at Marine City, cross the St. Clair River and end in Sarnia, Canada. SERVPRO of Marine City/Romeo is excited to take part in this world record attempt!
